Note
1.Before running the machine, first count the circumference in reverse and then count the circumference in positive order to prevent debris from damaging the rubber blanket, printing plate, etc. between the rollers.
2. The workplace should be kept clean and unobstructed, with no debris around the ground, workbench, and machines. Maintenance tools and spare parts should be placed in designated locations.
3.Before starting up, the required lubricating oil (grease) should be added to each oil injection point, lubrication point, and oil tank of the machine. Without approval, non crew members are not allowed to start or operate the machine without authorization. Assistants and apprentices should work under the guidance of the pilot.
4. Before starting the homework, the homework personnel must wear work clothes and shoes neatly, fasten the collar and cuffs, keep their pockets free of debris that may fall out, and do not wear watches or other accessories.
5.Before starting the machine, check if there are any debris in all parts of the machine body. Signal must be given (press the safety bell), and the front and back should be coordinated to ensure the safety of the surrounding area before starting the machine.
