Introduction

This Yamaha CL 8x2mm,8x4mm series feeder are used for YV/YG series chip mounting machine, it suitable for pick and place components like

Specification

1. Suction nozzle problem

2. Programme problems
The parameter settings of the edited programme components are incorrect, and the recognition fails.

3. Vacuum problem
Insufficient air pressure, vacuum air pipe blockage or leakage, resulting in insufficient air pressure to absorb after dropping components. Countermeasures: clean the vacuum pipeline, maintenance and testing of the vacuum pump, repair the leakage of air.
4. Position problem
Nozzle pickup is not in the MARK centre point, pickup height is not correct, resulting in nozzle pickup offset, offset.

Countermeasure: Adjust the pickup position.
5. Fidelity feeder problem
Fidelity deformation, Fidelity has a foreign body, Fidelity spring aging or gear damage, resulting in mounter picking bad material and throw material.

Countermeasures: replace the feeder, clean the feeder, or replace the damaged parts.
6. Electronic components to the material problem
Components irregular or pin oxidation and other unqualified.
