Working Principle
The volumetric metering and filling system of the single-tube screw valve operates on the infinite piston principle, characterized by a hermetic seal between the rotor and stator. As the rotor rotates within the stator core, it achieves precise quantitative delivery of colloids and fluids with a wide range of viscosities, from low to high.
The volumetric delivery metering pumps, which are central to each application, ensure pressure stability and linear pump characteristics. These pumps establish a predictable correlation between pump speed, time, and flow rate, allowing for consistent material metering through either time control or pump rotational speed.
Regardless of whether the fluids have low or high viscosity, are made of abrasion-resistant materials, or are highly filled and sensitive to structural changes, the dispensing accuracy remains unaffected by viscosity variations.
