Introduction
The Solder Paste Thawing Machine, also known as the Warm-up or Verification Machine, effectively controls the temperature and thawing duration of solder paste. By automating this process, it drastically cuts down the time required to monitor the paste as it returns to ambient temperature after being removed from refrigeration. This streamlined method guarantees optimal paste performance, improves printing quality, allows for tighter management of production timelines, and ultimately enhances overall production efficiency.
Features
Each solder paste placement slot within the tank features an individual LED display time controller. Upon setting the desired time, the solder paste is securely retained in the tank and submerged automatically. Upon reaching the set time, it is automatically released, facilitating a seamless process.
The machine incorporates a FIFO (First In, First Out) system, ensuring efficient paste utilization management.
In the case of an unexpected power failure, the solder paste bottles are automatically ejected, regardless of whether the set time has elapsed, preventing any waste.
An automatic alarm system is installed, which triggers upon reaching the preset time, enhancing operational vigilance. Additionally, an emergency stop button is provided for immediate response in emergency situations, ensuring user-friendliness and safety.
This automatic solder paste warm-up machine includes 4 tanks as standard, capable of warming up 4 bottles concurrently. Customization options for additional tanks are available to cater to specific production requirements.
