Additionally, the pump can be reversed via the motor to facilitate suction and easy adhesive breaking, providing an effective solution to the issues of dripping and pulling during the dispensing process.
Working Principle
The volumetric metering and filling system of the single-tube screw valve operates on the infinite piston principle, featuring a hermetic design between the rotor and stator. The rotor rotates within the stator core to achieve precise quantitative delivery of colloids and fluids with varying viscosities, ranging from low to high.
At the heart of each application lies the volumetric delivery metering pumps, which guarantee pressure stability and linear pump characteristics. These pumps establish a predictable relationship between pump speed, time, and flow rate, enabling consistent material metering either through time control or pump rotational speed.
Whether dealing with low or high viscosity fluids, abrasion-resistant materials, or highly filled fluids that are sensitive to structural changes, dispensing accuracy remains unaffected by viscosity.
