Introduction
The solder paste check right machine, also known as the solder paste warming and aging machine, features a timer that facilitates precise control over the warm-up duration of the solder paste temperature. This eliminates the need for manual time recording after retrieving the solder paste from refrigerated storage and allowing it to reach ambient temperature. Features
Each solder paste placement slot in the tank is equipped with an independent LED display time controller. Once the time is set, the solder paste will be securely held in place and automatically submerge. Upon completion of the set time, it will automatically release.
The machine incorporates a FIFO (First In, First Out) function.
In the event of an unexpected power outage, even if the set time has not been reached, the solder paste bottle will automatically eject, ensuring safety and minimizing waste.
The machine is equipped with an automatic alarm system that triggers when the set time is reached. Additionally, an emergency stop button is provided for urgent situations, ensuring ease of operation and heightened security.
