Application:
Defective product detection and separation:
On the production line, PCB Reject Conveyor is used in conjunction with AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment.
When the AOI system detects defective PCB boards, it will trigger the Reject Conveyor to automatically separate them from the main production line.
Rework and redo processing:
PCB boards that need to be reworked after AOI inspection can be transferred to a special rework area through the Reject Conveyor.
This ensures that good and defective products are effectively isolated to avoid confusion.
Special process processing:
PCB boards with certain special specifications or processes can be separated from the main line by the Reject Conveyor.
Sent to other special equipment for special processing or testing.
Sample test classification:
The sample PCB boards collected during the production process are transferred to the test area through the Reject Conveyor.
