The solder paste and red glue reheating machine/defrosting machine can be used with solder paste in the slot and needle-type red glue (all small red glue with a total length of less than 120MM can be used), and the solder paste and red glue can be switched intelligently. Function
1. Fully automatic timed solder paste rewarming machine. One machine has multiple slots and can intelligently reheat multiple cans of solder paste at the same time to ensure the activity of the solder paste; the steel plate of this machine has a baked-painted appearance, with a smooth and tidy surface, fashionable and beautiful.
2. The machine is assembled and produced using imported electrical components;
3. Each can of solder paste is placed in a slot with independent time control. Once the time is set, the solder paste slot will automatically lock. The door cannot be opened before the timer expires. When the set temperature recovery time is reached, the slot will be locked. It will unlock automatically.
4. The machine can be operated with multiple tanks for temperature recovery, and each slot can hold 500G solder paste tanks.
The solder paste application and requirement
When the solder paste taken out of the refrigerator before using, the temperature of the solder paste will be much lower than the room temperature. If open the solder paste bottle without thawing, it’s very easy to condense the moisture in the air and adhere to the solder paste. Also if use the solder paste without thawing, after printing, on the reflow soldering process(temperature over 200℃), the water on the solder paste is rapidly vaporized due to strong heat, will lead to the solder paste explosive, then will damage the solder tin and components. So for better printing and soldering performance. The solder paste must thaw before using.
