Features
1. GKG dedicated adjustment lifting platform. Stable and easy to adjust, it can quickly adjust the top pin height of PCBs with different thicknesses.
2. Cleaning system: The GKG cleaning system is equipped with three cleaning methods: dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and vacuum cleaning. It can be used in combination. If customers do not need to use automatic cleaning, manual cleaning can also be used to reduce cleaning time and improve production efficiency. The new wiping system ensures sufficient contact with the template, and the increased vacuum suction can effectively eliminate residual paste in the screen, thereby achieving effective automatic cleaning function. The CCD part is separated from the learning system. When the CCD is working, the CCD part moves independently, reducing the load on the servo motor and improving machine speed and accuracy.
