Features
The machine employs linear blade depaneling, with a foot switch to activate the blade.
It safely shears boards, even with parts as close as 0.5mm to the score line, ensuring precision and safety.
Boards are inserted into the blade through a v-shaped slot for accurate alignment and cutting.
Both air pressure (pneumatic power) and electricity are required to operate the machine.
The distance between the two blades can be adjusted to accommodate different PCB thicknesses and cutting requirements.
The depanelizer is mounted on a standard-height stainless steel structure for durability and stability.
